- for maximum comfort always wear it over a t-shirt;Â
- raise both hands up and put shoulder straps on the way you put the backpack on (same "backpack" way to pull it off);Â
- adjust straps' length if needed;Â
- while wearing make sure the straps cover shoulder & arm joints;Â
- [this is very important!] pull both ends of the waist belt all the way down to your thighs (so your arms are straight), then wrap them around the waist, and stick velcro near the belly button.Â
