Medium: waist stretches from 25 inches to 50 inches
Large: waist stretches from 27 inches to 54 inches
X-Large: waist stretches from 30 inches to 60 inches
XX-Large: waist tretches from 34 inches to 68 inches
XXX-Large: waist stretches from 38 inches to 74 inches
NOTE: Remember to consider hip measurments. Tends to run a bit large - if your waist measurement falls in between two sizes, purchase the SMALLER size.
