This product does exactly what it's supposed to. It gives you comfortable extended coverage. It is built like a tube top meant to be worn under your bust, it is long enough to be worn stylishly scrunchy even when stretched well over the top of your pants. I wore this under my normal shirts and over my normal pants for any normal activity. Yes I did have my pants undone, no it does not keep your pants up, a simple rubber band looped through the buttonhole and over the button did the trick wonderfully and I could exchange it for a more elastic band as my belly grew. I tried some of the belly bands that offer 'support' and have elastic to hold your pants up and they were terribly uncomfortable. Squeezing my growing belly and causing the button on my jeans to gouge the underside of my belly was not enjoyable. This product was much cheaper and much nicer. I can see myself wearing it even while not pregnant as an accessory for certain outfits, or to keep wearing that shirt that doesn't really fit me but I love anyway.
