Preparation For Best Cooking Results: Submerge and soak dry bamboo in a pot of cold water. Soak for 2-3 days. Drain and add fresh cold water every 6-10 hours. When ready to eat, drain and add fresh water one last time. Bring water & bamboo to boil for 10 mins. Drain one more time and now your bamboo is ready to eat. Add bamboo to your favorite dish & enjoy!
