Men's summer sun hat by Dorfman Pacific in big and tall sizes. Created from 60% Polyester and 40% Nylon hat is specially designed to retain water without losing it's shape. Hats with this feature keep you cooler and are also known as Soaker hats. Pour water over hat or dip it into water and continue to wear it. The moisture retained in hat along with the drips that slowly fall from hat - work to keep you cooler under the sun. Hat also features vented mesh crown sides that allow heat to escape and air to flow. Ventilated mesh sides are just another feature of this sun hat which is specially designed to keep you as cool as possible while enjoying your favorite activities under the sun. Also effective for sun protection - hat is rated at UPF 50 plus to block out 97% of the sun's harsh UV rays. The 2.75 inch wide brim will shade your face, nose, ears and neck from sunshine.
