HIGH PROTEIN, SUGAR FREE, LOW CARB, GLUTEN FREE - We air-dry our meat which allows for more protein than high-heat dehydrated meats. We use no sugar and our product is gluten free. Keto and Paleo friendly!

Peri Peri, is a red little pepper from Africa, also known as the African Birds eye pepper. It has the same scoville rating as Cayenne pepper but with much more flavor and a little more kick. We add just enough to make the Biltong interesting and medium hot. Our Biltong is all natural 100% unprocessed beef. We are a small family owned and run business in the USA since 2005.
