The nation's prison system is on the brink. There are simply too many criminals and not enough spaces. The country needed a way to get people out of prison quickly and to stop them offending again. That was why Option Triple B, the Bimbos Behind Bars program, was established.

Under the new scheme minor offenders could trade their remaining prison sentence for a bimbofication treatment. Once the bimbo change was over they would be free to go and thanks to their new, bubbly and obedient, outlook on life they'd never offend again.

Either live an unchanged life in jail or live a free life as a bimbo. Those are the options.
