BIO-TABS are uniquely formulated, bacterial/enzymatic tablets to be used in self-contained toilets found in recreational vehicles, marine toilets, buses, airplanes, and any other portable toilet or urinal system. BIO-TABS act to liquefy and speed digestion of solid waste in any self-contained system. The enzymes used are classified as hydrolytic enzymes, and are capable of breaking a chemical bond and promoting the decomposition of waste matter. One type of hydrolytic enzyme ruptures the protein structure in a waste molecule. This rupture of the protein structure results in a complete breakdown of products into simple molecules.
