Great for USPSA and 3Gun matches. Measure your waist. Take that number and go to the next size. If your waist measures 38-Inch, Order a 40-Inch. If it measures 37-Inch, order a 40-Inch. The extra 2-Inch is for the extra space from the inner belt, pouches and holster. If you follow this guideline it will not fail. DO NOT use your pant size.
