These filters also are effective in removing chemicals like iron, manganese, chlorine, and hydrogen sulfide from your water to name a few. By removing these unwanted byproducts, you can rest assured that you will have access to fresh and clean water. Since these filters are made of a finely packed carbon (forming a cylinder block), they offer a much finer filtration of suspended particles and dirt.
