Since it is a powder it needs to be sprinkled on to the wet nail polish and then after it drys add another coat to protect it from chipping away. •Use in non-water based paint. •Paint over a white back ground which will enhance the visible glow. Painting glow paint over a black or dark surface will reduce the visible glow dramatically. •The Europium powder is quite heat resistant.
