Important note for the pairing and connection
You just need to connect the wireless earbuds firstly, later when you want to use, it will automatically connect with your phone.
Some reasons may affect the pairing correctly:
1.Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth device are next to each other or within 3 feet and there are no obstacles between.
2.There are no signal interference nearby (check the question "Connection is not stable" for signal interference conditions).
