Body Glide cares about quality and we warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects if purchased from an authorized Body Glide dealer.
In that case, please call Body Glide at 425-467-6580 and have the following information available:
• Name & size of product
• Lot/Batch code of the product (printed on the bottom of the product tube)
• Expiration date (printed on the bottom of the product tube)
• Where it was purchased
• Date of purchase
• Purchase price
You will need to return the original container and unused portion of the product, with a return merchandise authorization number and a copy of the original purchase receipt, to Body Glide headquarters, to receive a refund.  
The warranty does not cover:
• Products purchased other than from Body Glide or an authorized Body Glide dealer.
• Products that have passed their expiration date.
• Damage from storing the product contrary to directions on the packaging.
• Products purchased or delivered outside the country or area designated on the package.
• Products that have been tampered with or modified.
