Boska symbolizes authentic, cleverly designed tools and products for ultimate cheese enjoyment. For more than 100 years, we have been crazy about cheese. It all started in 1896 in Bodegraven, a little village near Gouda, where Gouda cheese was first produced and where Willem Bos invented his first "cheese tools" for local cheese makers. It has since become our family tradition to turn the experience of eating cheese into a real treat.
