A classic blend of ripe Pu Erh and a small amount of "sticky rice scent herb". The distinct sticky rice smell and taste comes from a Chinese herb known as Nuomixiang. Nuo Mi Xiang, literally Sticky Rice Fragrant Plant, grows in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan. It's named because of the fragrant the leaves giving off after dried. The tea is stored for several months with the herb before being processed into tuocha form. The herb also has been mixed in a very small ratio to impart a sweet and glutinous taste to the tea. The unique special taste, smell is greatly different from other Pu'er tea, never forgettable. Worth a try!
Brewing guide Water: 6oz / 180ml 212℉ / 100℃ Tuocha: 1 tuocha. Before brewing, remove the wrapping paper. Steep tea for 3-5 minutes (depending on taste preference).
