Byzantine Pitted Olive Mix, Antipasto, 5lbs, 2 Count
- Two 5 pound bags 10 pounds total
- A mix of Kalamata, Ionian green, amfissa and atalanti
- After Curing in sea salt and rinsed we add roasted sweet red peppers, Caper berries, roasted garlic and rosemary
- Finally Greek extra virgin olive oil and grape must are added to complete the marinade
- Pitted Olives; Great for chefs and foodservice or to keep in the fridge
Byzantine antipasto olive mix is a mix of four Greek olive varietals (Kalamata, Ionian green, amfissa and Atlantic) which are naturally cured in sea salt, then rinsed to a low salinity. Spanish caper berries, marinated garlic, sweet red peppers and rosemary are added. Greek extra virgin olive oil and grape must complete the marinade. Shelf stable until opened. Great for chefs, foodservice, restaurants or anyone who loves to keep olives on hand for a healthy snack.
