Problem 1:Why cd player portable does not work after you press that start button?

Solution: please check the back side which print " HOLD", if this button is at the "on" end, it means it locks. What you need to do is just push the button to the " OFF" end, then you go back to check the start button. If it still doesn't work, please check if the power cord is plug in to the DCIN 4.5V port, please don't plug it to the headphone jack by mistake. If you use batteries, please check if the batteries have low power, you may need brand new batteries for another try.

Problem 2:Noisy and screaming when it plays, or it automatically skips part of the contents of CD

Solution: Maybe using time of the disk is too long, so the disk is not smooth, CD player can't read it. If there is a "Jiji" sound inside the earphone, it may be caused by scratching disc.

Problem 3: Howto connect the car or stereo to play?

Solution:  First you will need a 3.5 aux cord with a male plug on each end. One goes into the unit the other plugs into alternative input.

Problem 4:Scratches on the screen There is a film pasted on the screen to prevent it from being scratching.

Solution: If you find the screen is not clean, please tear off the film on the screen surface.

 Problem 5: the item cuts of during a song and turns off

Solution A：maybe batteries has low power? Please change new batteries or check if the power adapter is well connected. Solution B：the condition of the disc (scratches, debris, cracks, ect.) will impact the performance of the device. Please kindly check your CD condition, and try a new CD to have another test?
