If the pump can't work in sunlight, please follow me to take action:
1, Clean and check the pump, remove the nozzle exclude the air inside.
2, Place it under full sunlight , Reconnect the nozzle, press the panel full into the water then release.
3. If still can't be used, please contact our official mailbox, we will help you to solve the problem.

Note
If the protection function has been started, please release it as follows:
1. Fully cover the solar panel or place the fountain in the dark environment for 3-5 seconds (For example, cover the entire solar panel with a towel or clothing, or put it in a closed, opaque box), then re-put it in the birdbath or pond.
2. The next day, the fountain will automatically release the protection function and again work normally.
