How to use?

1. Remove stainless steel pans from their handle
2. Place food in pans and cover with lid
3. Stack pans and place their handle, close handle tight
4. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of pressure cooker and bring to a boil. Place pans inside cooker using handle and cook as normal

Keep in Mind

- The bottom pan cooks slightly faster than the top pan, therefore items that require a longer cooking time are better placed in the bottom pan
- Make sure you have enough liquid to generate the necessary steam to pressure cook
