Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-Inch Round Nonstick Springform Pan

Springform pans deliver the same delicious results as all of our cake pans, with the added benefit of a removable springform ring that releases the pan sides of baked goods such as crumb crust desserts, cheesecakes and flourless cakes. As an added feature, our springform pan has a porcelain-coated bottom. It is knife-safe for easy slicing and serving. Colors affect baking performance because they conduct heat differently. That's why our bakeware features a two-tone design: a silver-grey exterior assures you will not have to adjust your baking time and a medium-grey interior protects against over-browning. Our special nonstick coating releases the stickiest messes effortlessly-your clean-up is fast and simple too!
