• The buyer pays for the return shipping cost for all returns.
• Please contact us for an RMA. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.
• A refund or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value will be honored. (one-time exchange only)
• All NON-DEFECTIVE items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
