1. Take the thermarest pad and air bag out of its carrying bag.
2. Open the air bag against the wind. Then it will be filled with air soon.
3. Close the bag and connect the valves of air-filled bag and pad.
4. Press down the air-filled bag. After 3-4 times, the camping sleeping pad is filled with air.
5. Then you can lay on to sleeping comfortable.
