Carbon"Metal" 10mm Density Cube 99.99% Pure
- 10mm density cube made of 99.99% pure carbon
- Each cube made from high purity metal and featuring attractive, ground surfaces and laser etched labels
- Precision machined for super flat facets and 0.1mm tolerance to come very close to theoretical density
- Every cube perfectly finished with sharp edges and corners and no burrs
- Luciteria Science now carries over 40 elements on the periodic table as density cubes
At first glance there doesn't seem to be anything remarkable about these cubes. But when you pick them up they feel so light that your brain does a bit of a double take - especially if you've been handling other metal cubes just before! Ordinary graphite is quite cheap but while visually identical we specifically sourced the highest grade that was available, 99.99%, just because we all want it to be a little less ordinary, right? And there was not a significant bump in the cost which is always a nice bonus. Weight is 1.8Â±0.1g.
