(L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from bottom to top.) The lid is made of polyethylene for durability and resistance to cracking, has a temperature range of -40 to +180 degrees F, and is dishwasher-safe. It meets NSF International standard 2 for food equipment safety and is free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations.
