Our Carolina Reaper chili puree can be used sparingly to add a trident punch to your cooking. Our high quality chillies are sourced from reputable and ethical suppliers, with full traceability. The chilies are grown in Senegal, the UK and Spain and imported to Hampshire specifically for us. We have never seen or received fresher, better looking chillies. We have a fantastic relationship with all our growers and are very proud to be working closely with all our suppliers. The salt we use is a pure unadulterated sea salt from the Atlantic ocean sourced from a UK supplier. There's no iodine or anti caking agents involved. The vinegar is from an established UK producer. It's a top quality cider vinegar with no sulphites or additives. It's fruity and flavourful. no harsh acids here. We barrel ferment our chilies in our custom built kitchen (5* Food Standards Agency Certified) in Hampshire, UK.
