Microwave Instructions - Preparing Lupin is quick and easy! To prepare in the microwave: Mix 1/3 cup of ground lupin bean with ½ cup of water and cook on high for 3 minutes.
Stovetop Instructions - To prepare Lupin on the stovetop, add 4 TBSP of ground lupin bean to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil 3 minutes and strain. Add your favorite seasoning to taste.
