- Thick cases
To ensure functionality, please remove any of these accessories prior to charging.

2. Possible causes of Strata not charging
- Metal accessories that interfere with charging
- Case is too thick (Please remove your case before charging)
- Not using the provided Strata adapter
- Adapter not plugged in correctly
