Kate is getting increasingly exasperated with her intrusive next door neighbour, Sandra. The older woman is constantly parading her curvaceous, buxom body in front of Kate's fiance, Darren, and flirting with him inappropriately at every opportunity. Kate is young, beautiful and fit, and although she finds Sandra's antics intolerable, she has never really felt threatened by her neighbour, whose best years are clearly behind her.
Then, hot and tired from another long day at work, Kate returns to find Sandra in her kitchen, barely dressed, drinking and flirting with Darren. She angrily confronts the older woman, asking her to leave, but the result is quite different as Darren actually encourages them to fight instead. Sandra is only to happy to oblige, and the stunned Kate suddenly finds herself locked in fierce combat with the predatory Sandra.
Has Kate misjudged Darren and Sandra's relationship? Is her trust in Darren misplaced? Is she actually fighting for her man, or just settling a grudge? Will Kate vanquish the intrusive neighbour, or will she end up humiliated in her own home?
