We recently received some feedback about the leaking problem,Â main reason is the floater inside the device sometimes maybe removed during the transit. So before you start to use the product, please check the floater is in the right position.

Step 1.Dismantling the product by removing the front grill and the filter.

Step 2. Checking whether the floater is in correct position, simplyÂ pull the floater and if it can not be pulled out means it is correct. If not, please follow the step 3.

Step 3. Take out the floater and you will find a rubber plunger thing that is supposed to fit through the water inlet hole. Unclip the rubber plunger and put it inside the hole. You can use any object to poke it inside the hole. Once it is placed properly and you can now rotate it and clip back to the floater. Put the floater back to the device.
