HOW TO USE: For a delicious 6-ounce steak, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning per side, and let marinate for 20 minutes (if possible, marinate overnight for best flavor). To tenderize the meat and make it more flavorful, compliment the seasoning with the Chef Merito Jugo de Limon.

For traditional steaks or carne asada, simply sprinkle all over the steak, wait five minutes and grill, pan fry, or broil. Also, sprinkle and rub it all over a roast and roast over a grill at 250 degrees for 20 minutes per pound (usually 1 hour for a standard size roast).
