Following the success of the soundtrack to the 2014 indie hit â‚¬Å“Chefâ‚¬Â, writer/director Jon Favreau and music supervisor Mathieu Schreyer have compiled a Volume 2 album featuring additional music used in the film and some inspired tracks. This new â‚¬Å“Chefâ‚¬Â album digs deeper in the mix of jazz, latin and electronic sounds that made the first â‚¬Å“Chefâ‚¬Â soundtrack such an exciting release. Fans will recognize some familiar acts such as Gary Clark Jr. with a live rendition of â‚¬Å“Travis Countyâ‚¬Â and El Michels Affair with a cover of Isaac Hayesâ‚¬ â‚¬Å“Hung Up On My Babyâ‚¬Â. New comers include Wild Magnolias, Outlaw Blues Band, The Meters, Willie Colon and many more.
