The book makes learning to code fun. Readers join Fern the Frog in mastering the basics of electronics and coding with the help of her friend, Sami the Seal. They turn on and make LEDs interactive while learning about variables, conditional loops and multithreading. There is also a section on debugging where readers are taught how to use critical thinking skills to evaluate, find, and fix problems in projects. The Love to Code system is based on paper electronics. There's no soldering: just tape, stickers and clips, materials that are familiar and friendly to all. The microcontroller is mounted in a convenient clip that allows you to attach and detach from book pages with a single pinch.
