The connectors thread onto standard hose and tap fittings and snap together using spring compression. Pulling the spring-loaded collar on the female fitting allows disconnection. The water stop feature in the female fitting automatically shuts off when the couplers are separated. Interchangeable with most quick connector systems. Made of UV-stabilized and weatherproof ABS and PP plastic. Handles water temperature up to 104Â°F and outdoor temperature up to 122Â°F.
