The Tawa is made using the finest terracotta specially made to be used on gas stoves. It's fine surface leads to uniform gas flame distribution and heating. Care and Instruction Start using the tawa when its heated but Don't overheat the Tawa. When using the Tawa, COOK ON LOW OR MEDIUM HEAT ONLY. Do not leave your Tawa unattended, especially when empty.
