Plastic adapter to allow the Epson Printhead Cleaning kit (B004VMWTSO) to be used with HP, Canon and Expression Premium (XP) series printers.

Instructions for use:
* Remove cartridges from printer
* Fill syringe with cleaning fluid, cap and warm in a beaker of hot water
* Connect adapter
* Slide a strip of blotting paper under the printhead
* Purge air from tubing and place adapter onto the printhead
* Inject approx 2ml cleaning fluid
* Replace cartridges and run 2 nozzle check and cleaning cycles
