This is a COMBO package consisting of one replacement for the Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36A (05-1343-R) germicidal lamp and one 15-1113A replacement quartz sleeve.

The lamp measures 843mm (about 33 inches) excluding the single pin on each end of the lamp. Its peak output is at 254nm (UV-C) for use in water purification and sterilization systems. The rated useful life is 10,000 hours.

The sleeve measures about 33.8 inches, and is open on both ends. Two O-rings are included for proper installation, at no extra charge.
