These professional-style Perm Rods are made of durable plastic and feature flow through vents for better saturation. Ridged edges and durable rubber bands hold hair firmly in place on the rod. Remove button from tip of rod to release rubber band. Wind a section of treated hair firmly around the rod. Pull rubber band over hair and reinsert button in tip of rod to secure. When treatment is completed, remove button to release hair from rod.
