- Type K thermocouple angled bell probe for use monitoring surface temperatures on grills and griddles
- Measures temperature from -40 to +500 degrees F (-40 to +260 degrees C)
- Probe bends at a 120-degree angle and has a flat sensor measuring 17mm for surface contact
- Response time of 4 seconds on an oiled surface for fast readings
- Polyurethane coiled cable extends to 4' and withstands temperatures up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C)
