This Coxreels SHW-N-150 oxyacetylene welding reel and hose unit has a cartridge-style spring motor for automatic rewind of twin hoses for non-kinked storage. The 50' air and fuel hoses have a 1/4" inside diameter (ID) and a 9/16" - 18 United National Fine (UNF) thread size. The reel and hose unit can be mounted to a floor, wall, ceiling, bench, or truck. The steel base and support post provide strength and durability with "Super Hub" dual axle support for stability and reduced vibration during operation and greater structural integrity. It has a swivel lock bracket for safe storage with a multi-position ratchet for securing the hose at a desired length. It has Viton (FKM, fluoroelastomer) swivel seals for resistance to heat and chemicals. The reel has 1" lubricated precision bearings for smooth rewind. The oxygen and gas lines have separate input connections for added safety and have a maximum working pressure of 200 pounds per square inch (psi) and a maximum temperature of 150 degrees F. This welding reel and hose unit is suitable for use in repair work and general metal cutting and welding applications.
