This wool polyester blend pad is used for moderate paint compounding and correction. Use the yellow wool pad for light compounding and aggressive corrective polishes. Wool pads like this one fitted to the Cyclo machine enable paint correction on par with that of high-speed rotary polishers without their attendant risk of burning or discoloring the finish. Only Genuine Cyclo pads have been designed to work precisely with Cyclo Toolmakers' polishers. The yellow wool 72-435 pad is less aggressive than the white wool pad offered by Cyclo Toolmakers and more aggressive than the foams. Each wool pad is 4 inches in diameter and made from a durable wool blend. On first use, will shed some loose fibers unless washed first. They are durable, long lasting and provide top performance. Recommended chemicals for painted surfaces are Cyclo Toolmakers 84-192 CTI Heavy Compounding Gel, 84-176 CTI Light Compounding Liquid, and 84-146 CTI Polish and Swirl Remover. Cleans up best with 84-404 CTI Pad Care - pad cleaner.
