Although there are no guarantees, the methods and strategies discussed in this book worked for me. When I sent my creditors the Validation of Debt letter, my creditors were not able to validate my alleged debts. My creditors could not produce the documents requested in my Request for Production of Documents. The Court denied the Plaintiffâ€™s Motion for Summary Judgment when I filed my Opposition.
