NEVER to leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on. Immediately remove accumulated rain water, snow or ice from the roof with a broom, mop or towels. If you fail to do so, the manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by heavy loads of rain, snow or ice on the roof.

We accept returns for a refund (S&H not included and restocking fee) of unassembled/unused products within 30 days from the date that the customer receives the product. You must contact us to get the return directions. Items are not eligible to be refunded without contacting us prior to returning the items. If the orders delivery is refused by the customer while in transit or upon delivery, the customer will be charged the shipping fee required to ship the item back to our company which will be deducted from your refundable amount for the order.
