How to Use?

√ 1. Please wash and dry the knife immediately after use, keep it in a dry and ventilated place, stay away from water and gas cookers to avoid rusting ( Stainless steel would react chemically with carbonic oxide ).

√ 2. Please wipe with sweet potatoes and clean with rag if the knife is rusted, or keep it in rice water for 3 hours.

√ 3. Don't use the dishwasher, hand-washing is better for blade.
