Drawer Lock Router Bit - 1" Dia x 1/2" H x 1/2 Shank Router Bit - Router Drawer Bit for Routing Strong, Carbide Router Bits for Smooth Operation
1” Drawer Router Bits 1/2 Shank: Rout strong, precise corner joints for drawer boxes with just one bit! Our drawer lock router bits for woodworking routs a joint similar to a locking rabbet, but the rabbet is wedge-shaped so the parts fit tighter when clamped.
Capable of Routing Joints: A single drawer lock box router bit routs both parts of the joint, and these handheld router bits are capable of routing joints for drawers with applied drawer fronts and drawer boxes where the finished front is integrated.
Precision Balanced: You can also create a drawer joint router bit where the finished front overlaps the side to hide metal drawer sides. Our drawer lock small router bits measuring 1” diameter, ½” height and ½” shank are precision balanced for smooth operation.
High-Quality Surfacing: This joint router bit is made with a sharp K10 and K20 carbide tip and solid hardened steel bodies for clean-cutting actions. Our woodworking router bits are baked-on anti-stick coating to reduce pitch and resin build-up. These heat-resistant sharp bits for woodworking get final sharpening with 600-800 grit diamond wheels.
Works Well With Tight Joints: The drawer lock profile works well and holds tight joints. Much easier than multiple passes on a table saw. These drawer lock bits for the router work better on solid wood and the profile holds very tight joints.
