The Daily Reading Bible takes the reader through the entire Bible, day-by-day, in one year. The text of Bible has been rearranged in the order of the reading schedule so it can be read from beginning to end. There are two readings for each day: one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. The books are presented in the traditional order, with the exception of the Psalms, which are spread throughout the year. Two tables of contents are included for accessing the reading. The contents of the tables are the same, but the tables serve distinct purposes. The first table of contents lists the readings by day (Day 1, Day 2, and so on), allowing the reader to start the reading plan at any time of the year. The second table of contents pairs the readings with a specific day in each month, beginning January 1st. It is not necessary to reference the tables of contents every day, since, by making use of the bookmark or furthest read feature of your device, the reader will be able to return to the place they left off.
