"Best story yet! The plan to get Carol to the Island, infiltrate the harem, and out of it safely was ingenious. I was on the edge of my seat. I love suspense, always have. So this story to me was by far the best one. Many things were discovered and all were good. I liked reading about what goes on in the harem, that was great. I feel that this trilogy couldâ€™ve been made into 4 books. There are some loose ends, e.g. Kalugal, Losham, etc. Lokan needs to find Kalugal. And with Losham moving to LA, will the Clan hunt him down? Will they keep him at arms length? Is Carol in danger from Losham? I canâ€™t wait to see what transpires next. I find Victor Turner and Andrew Spivak among the most fascinating characters in this series. This series is one of the best series Iâ€™ve ever read. I highly recommend it!"

"Great stories fantastic series! So Carol & Lokan, Wow! How different and right at the same time. This series is so different from others. There are dark themes yes, but the way she writes about them, IMHO , doesnâ€™t drag you down. There is seriousness, but also lots of fun. I like that she has created a world, with fantastic characters in it. You will enjoy these books thoroughly, start at the beginning, YOU WILL NOT WANT TO PUT THESE BOOKS DOWN!
