Aristotle claimed that happiness was the result of an active life governed
by reason. Steven Covey said, “I am not the product of my circumstances. I am the product of my
decisions.†I say, “You have far more capacity to create the circumstances and events in your life
than you are aware of. Your thinking creates your reality.â€
This first began as a support tool for my weight management program. However, with the discovery
of TOFI, thin on the outside, fat on the inside, it became important for everyone to be paying
attention to their physiology, their nutrition, their emotions, their feelings and thoughts regardless
of outward appearances. So this goes far beyond a weight management program. This is about
self-mastery.
The tools of the program are as follows:
1. Read one page, one concept every day.
2. Meditate 5-10 minutes every day.
3. Follow the food plan every day.
4. Attend the support and reinforcement live teleconference calls.
This is our program. This is your program. It is designed to take into account the leading concepts
of how humans learn, constant short reinforcement over a long period of time. Every day of every
year you will experience the same concept for that day. If you are using the food plan you will most
likely be at your normal weight range within three months and then the journey will continue with
the ongoing personal development to keep what you have, excellence of mind, spirit and body.
You will be amazed almost immediately. You will know a new freedom and a new happiness.
You will comprehend the word serenity and you will see how your experience can benefit others.
Unsupportive feelings will disappear. Your whole attitude on life will change. You will intuitively
have the wisdom to handle situations that used to perplex you.
This is your program. It is designed to be repeated one day at a time, one week at a time and one
year at a time. If you are participating with health as a goal then you will most likely reach your
natural weight range within three months. Then the journey is ongoing personal development to
keep what you have, excellence of mind, spirit and body.
You will start refreshed every year with each day bringing you the same concept that you experienced
a year ago for that day but you will have “new eyes.†That’s how it will be every day, every year.
I welcome you to the journey. Others will see what you have and want it for themselves. They will
join you. They will start with you on the day they join. You don’t need to read the previous days
regardless of when you personally join. You don’t need to read ahead. Just read the current day,
every day. Don’t dwell on any particular day’s concept. If you get confused you can bring it up on
the conference call. You will experience great joy by allowing your exposure to these concepts to
be seeded over time.
