Deadly Encounter is yet another gripping read that I read in one sitting. The author has a way of hooking you from the very first page right up until the very last. I really hope there is more to do with cold cases in future books in the series as I loved seeing how Sally and her team work in trying to solve it. Once again, I loved Sally and her team, her parents, the wonderful Simon and of course Dex. I just adore the relationship between Sally and her parents and the personal side to all of this wonderful authors books, which make them so realistic.
