Chrome 12V Hornet deer repeller V-120 for motorcycles, cars and trucks.Reduce chances of deer collision. Hornet Deer Avoidance System is an electronic deer whistle powered by 12V car or truck battery. Generates a 120 dB electronic, variable animal repellent sound. (Hard wires). Use On/Off switch to turn on and shut off sound. Chrome V-120 kit includes wiring harness with 4 foot pigtail and 3.5 mm plug with weather tight connector. In-line fuse in 10 foot wiring harness. Current consumption: 10 milli-amps maximum at 12VDC. Control switch: on/off. Wrap wiring harness around and through door jam: no risk of short circuit. Installation: front of vehicle, either side. Forward angle of 45 degrees to road surface: height 8 inches minimum to 3 feet maximum from road. Must have unobstructed view of road surface. Effective deterrent range is 800 feet. WV ultrasonic wave is 18,000 to 21,000 Hz. Sound pressure is 120 dB (A. S.) Current consumption is 10mA (max.) at 12VDC. On-off switch. 90 day limited manufactures warranty.
