Gretchen is a veterinarian, living out her dream, back in her childhood hometown Mishawaka. Everything was going as planned, until she got a friendâ€™s request on social media. She knew the name well and after she built up a little courage, she accepted it.
It was none other than her old high school flame Chris. He had left her and broken up with her rather quickly when they were younger. He ha broken her heart.

Now he was back home on leave from the military and he wants to meet up. Gretchen tries to deny the feelings she has for him, but itâ€™s impossible. She misses him and she should at least go to make sure he was okay, right?
